About me
I currently support individuals in their process of change, transformation, and healing through private sessions and group classes, both live and online. My main areas of interest and work include Chinese Medicine, Taoist practices, Meditation, and Coaching. Additionally, I teach Somatic Movement and improvisation practices. In recent years, I have divided my time between Italy and Thailand.
